The coordinate values are hard-coded in
sqs-translator/src/main/java/net/sqs2/translator/impl/SQSToPDFTranslator.java
It is required to make PageConfiguration class and pass the instrance to SQSToPDFTranslator.

In sqs-editor, it is required to instantiate the PageConfiguration object with GUI configurable parameter, too.
