ResultBrowser not working

When I run the MarkReader it completes correctly but the result browser that opens after the export step does not work. Also in MarkReader on the result tab ResultBrowser is grayed out. I attached a picture of what the browser looks like when it open automatically. It has worked before but now it has stopped. Please help!

I had the same problem but then I compiled the source code and it worked. I only tested on ubuntu.
