Shared Questionnaire System

Hello,

I built a form using the default templates in SourceEditor 2.0 and exported it to a PDF. I printed 10 copies from that master PDF and had people bubble in the forms. I then scanned in those filled out forms. When I drag my folder with that master PDF and the 10 scanned JPG images into the MarkReader 2.1 it appears to work. However, when I look at the results every question says that 100% were "No Answer" and weren't bubbled in. I tried to lower the settings in the config but that still didn't work. Is there some step I am missing or something I need to do/be aware of? I would really appreciate any advice.
